Nepeta. This is that new young blood Amaro I was talking about. Made from Siracusa’s famous IGP Lemons and wild forged mint, an absolute stunner. Not only wonderful on its own but I particularly love it mixed with club soda and lemonade. This is one of the many new style amaro’s created as they were originally, natural. Distinct from any amaro you’ve had in the past.
