Denavolo Mansano is made with fruit from 30+ year old Sauvignon Blanc vines planted in clay-limestone soils on the slope opposite the rest of the Denavolo land. After manual harvest at the beginning of September 2019, the Mansano rested undisturbed on skins for 9 months in stainless steel tanks before being bottled in July. The resulting wine is wildly aromatic with notes of fresh flowers and citrus on the nose carrying through to the palate. Balanced by salty acidity and fine but marked tannins, Mansano is the orange wine of your dreams and the perfect accompaniment to up-coming park hands (we hope!).
