This sour ale is aged with 56 grams per litre of blackberries. It is further conditioned on spent gin botanicals from Willibald. Expect a huge jammy finish with a hint of herbs and citrus to bring depth to this beer.  There is a balanced level of sweetness to keep the finished product tasting fruit forward while rounding out the acidity.
