Spontaneous

Description: Spontaneous is Sonnen Hill's first coolship beer. The base beer was made with aged and fresh hops and raw wheat from Barn Owl Malt in Belleville, ON. After brewing, it was cooled naturally in a coolship and inoculate itself with the microbes in the air at their farm. It's bottle conditioned and was packaged in July 2020.
