Description: A German-style Helles Lager brewed with almost entirely Barke Pilsner malt, lagered for just north of 6 weeks and naturally carbonated. Helles is meant to be a beer of restraint: malt and hops working together, but not overpowering one another, to create a balanced and drinkable yet flavourful beer.
